ANDREW Stewart
1st Lord Ochiltree
( ANDREW, THIRD LORD AVONDALE (S.). In 1543 he obtained an Act of Parliament to exchange his title for that of LORD STEWART OF OCHILTREE (S.), and died 1548.

He also had a illegitimate son, Sir Robert (Scots Peerage, Sir James Balfour Paul, LORD LYON KING OF ARMS, 1909 edition) who was legitimated 1 September 1542. He took part in the French wars on the Huguenot side, and was killed in France.
His son was ANDREW died?, Second Lord Ochiltree .
