in favour of whom a precept was issued for his infeftment (the investing of a new owner with a real right in or legal possession of land ) in the lands of Bonskeid as heir to his father on 19 May 1501.
 
He with his cousin, Neil Stewart of Fortingall, he burnt Weem Castle in July of 1503, and d. in the first months of 1546 and was father of:-
JAMES STEWART, 3RD OF BONSKEID, in favour of whom a precept of clare constat (so called since the deed began with these words) for his infeftment in the lands of Bonskeid as heir to his father was issued on 7 July 1546.
